OUR RETURN POLICY

Defective Merchandise

We will replace any defective products immediately, at no charge whatsoever to you. Your satisfaction with Myrtle & Mugwort products is our number one priority, and we will do everything we can to make sure that you get the high-quality product you pay us for! * 

* If a one-of-a-kind item (for example, a hand-lettered sign) arrives damaged, please see our policy on Damaged Shipments below.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Unfortunately, we are not able to replace one-of-a-kind, handmade items, however we will do our best to provide you with other similar options or refund your order if lost or damaged. 

Any lost or damaged items shipped via FedEx through Printful will be replaced at no extra cost to you - just let us know about the problem (preferably sooner rather than later - we don't want you to wait, either!).

    Cancellations

    • Orders cancelled prior to processing are not subject to any fees.
    • Orders cancelled within 24 of processing are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
    • Orders cancelled more than 24 hours after processing are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. 

    SHIPPING POLICY

    As one-of-a-kind orders are typically always in stock, these will be shipped out within 24 hours of placing your order (unless it's a holiday). If for some unforeseen reason we cannot do this, you will be notified immediately.

    Printful-fulfilled orders require 2-7 business days for the creation of apparel products, and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products. Unfortunately, this is in addition to shipping times. Know that we are working to find a quicker solution at an equally high quality to ensure our customers' needs are met affordably and efficiently - we just ask your patience and understanding for the time being! Shipping costs and speed on these types of orders depend on the specific order and the destination.

    In order to ensure clear communication with regard to your order, we will always provide you with an estimated due date within 24 hours of the time we receive your order. Shipping within the USA typically takes 3-5 days when shipped via USPS, and 3-8 business days via Fedex SmartPost. Expedited orders are shipped between 1-3 business days using FedEx - but again, these are Printful shipping methods, in addition to the Printful production time. We will do our very best to make sure you know when your order will be arriving, and will keep you up to date with any changes.

    USPS Shipping Disclaimer

    Due to the inability to track USPS First Class shipments we are unable to replace orders that are lost or damaged when shipped via USPS First Class mail. We are also unable to replace merchandise lost or damaged when shipped via USPS Priority or Express Mail. We are not responsible for USPS Express Shipments that do not arrive on time, however you may file  a claim for reimbursement of shipping fees directly with the USPS . If you wish to purchase insurance on a USPS package please contact us before placing your order.
